JOB LOCATION: Dandan road, Dandan (near corner Adios Pl St. (and North side of luck De Market), Saipan, Commonwealth of The Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). OVERTIME: Overtime will be available to the worker and payable at 1.5 x the regular hourly wage rate ($ 11.84 x 1.5) or $17.76.

THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Employer guarantees to offer the workers employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the workers at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, as required by 20 CFR §655.423(f).
TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. Employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the workers while traveling from the workers’ origin to the place of employment, as well as the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR §655.423(j)(1).
